Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold or be eligible for relevant state licensure/certification
• Experience evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children and adolescents
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary school teams
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, though not required
• Comfortable working with a diverse caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and deliver individualized therapy for students
• Develop IEP goals and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other team members to support student growth
• Consult with parents and caregivers, providing updates on progress and strategies for success at home
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
• Adapt interventions to meet the varying needs of each student
• Assist with prevention programs and provide education regarding communication disorders within the school community
