Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
• Experience with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Previous background in school environments is highly valued
• Comfort working with diverse student populations, including those with varied communication needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set specific goals in coordination with IEP teams

• Maintain thorough documentation to monitor student progress and meet compliance standards
• Facilitate communication between families, faculty, and other allied professionals
• Provide consultative support and recommendations to educators regarding students speech and language needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support student progress
