Essential Qualifications:

• Active Kentucky SLP license required
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive educational environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, tailoring interventions to individual needs
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students requiring support
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in coordination with school teams
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote carryover of skills into the classroom
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
