Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Kentucky SLP license required
  • Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
  • Background supporting a diverse range of speech and language needs from elementary through high school
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
  • Provide direct therapy and group interventions as outlined by IEPs
  • Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, reports, and documentation for compliance
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive school culture
