Job Description

Support student success and communication development in a dynamic, contract-based role for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist. Youll collaborate with passionate education professionals to deliver impactful services to elementary, middle, and high school students. Key Qualifications:

  • Active NM Speech-Language Pathology license required
  • Experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
  • Comfort working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and individualized education planning skills
  • Excellent communication with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students with diverse communication needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based speech and language therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to set goals and monitor progress
  • Document interventions and maintain records in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Assist in IEP development and participate in student support meetings
  • Offer strategies and training to teachers and support staff for integrating communication goals into classes
