Skills and Experience:

• Current active NM state license in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of students from elementary through high school
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities to partner with teachers, families, and staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students unique needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and recommendations
• Consult with educators and families to foster supportive learning environments
• Deliver both one-on-one and group therapy sessions as appropriate for each age group
