Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous school-based experience or strong clinical background with pediatric populations highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Flexibility to manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
- Interpret assessment results to develop targeted intervention plans
- Provide direct and indirect therapeutic services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families regarding student progress
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEP records
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
