Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or qualification as a CFY
- Background in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Dedication to fostering inclusive, supportive environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document student progress and adapt strategies as needed
- Support IEP meetings and contribute to case management
- Foster communication skills that empower each childs academic and social growth
