Job Description

This full-time contract role offers the chance to make a significant impact within a non-public school environment, providing specialized support and assessments to a diverse caseload. The position runs from now through mid-December 2025, with immediate interview opportunities for qualified candidates.

What Youll Bring:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active CA SLP License or CA CTC required (non-negotiable)
  • Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in a school-based, healthcare, and/or pediatric setting
  • Ability to deliver services to students with a wide range of disabilities
  • Skilled in completing assessments and delivering both in-school and compensatory after-school speech therapy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to middle and high school students in a non-public school
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver compensatory speech time as required, including sessions after regular school hours
  • Manage a varied caseload and document progress aligned with educational standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff

Schedule Details:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Start ASAP and continue through mid-December 2025
  • Serve a diverse group of students across multiple grades
