Job Description

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Willingness to work in-person within a school environment
  • Experience with diverse caseloads across K-12 (elementary, middle, high school) is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, staff, and families
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply; mentorship available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students speech, language, and communication needs using standardized tools and protocols
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, in classroom and pull-out settings
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
