Key Qualifications:

• Active Washington State SLP Certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school grades
• Ability to support students with mild to severe disabilities in an educational setting
• Desire to work onsite and adapt to varying needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored speech and language therapy services to students with a range of disabilities
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation per school district guidelines
• Participate in IEP processes and family meetings as needed
