Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite position offers the opportunity to work with students from elementary through high school, supporting a wide range of communication needs and various disabilities from mild to severe. You'll work full-time, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative educational environment that values professional expertise and compassionate care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Active Washington State SLP licensure required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in school settings supporting students with disabilities
• Strong ability to tailor interventions for varying age ranges and needs
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement individualized therapy for K-12 students
• Address a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and prepare reports in compliance with district and state procedures
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing team decisions
• Educate school staff and families to facilitate student success
• Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate both virtual and in-person learning as needed
