What We're Looking For:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in school settings and with elementary-aged students is highly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere
What You'll Do:
- Deliver speech-language evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring for elementary students
- Work closely with educators, parents, and support staff to implement IEP goals and ensure each students needs are met
- Document services and student progress according to school procedures and timelines
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and participate in relevant meetings and parent conferences
- Serve at a single elementary location in a consistent, onsite capacityno remote or hybrid models
