Job Description

This full-time, onsite position offers both variety and fulfillment, working directly with students of diverse ages and communication needs throughout the academic year.
Your expertise will be vital in supporting students ability to communicate and thrive in their educational surroundings. Youll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized plans, assess progress, and help every student reach their fullest potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
- Previous experience providing therapy in a school setting, specifically with K-12 populations
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in partnership with school teams and families
- Conduct assessments, evaluate progress, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans
- Offer resources and support to teachers and staff to enhance communication strategies within the classroom
