Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Contract Position
Location: Longmont, Colorado (ONSITE)

This contract opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position based in a school setting near Longmont, Colorado. The role requires providing speech and language services exclusively on student contact days with a caseload of less than 1:30. Candidates must have prior classroom experience and hold relevant certifications to be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in an educational environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Conduct evaluations and provide recommendations for speech and language interventions
  • Work onsite with students for direct therapy only on designated attendance days

Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or Certificate of Professional Qualification (COOL)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule and Location:

  • Contract dates from March 23, 2026, through May 22, 2026
  • 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
  • 7.5 paid hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break (24 total hours per week)
  • Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with some schedule flexibility based on principal input
  • Onsite at Emerald Elementary School near Longmont, CO
