Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in educational, pediatric, or school-based settings strongly desired
• Well-versed in the IEP process, student assessments, and progress monitoring
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP requirements
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in individual or group settings
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to ensure student progress and support
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for optimal student outcomes
