Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or open to strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Experience in school, healthcare, or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of evaluation tools and therapy techniques for a school-aged population
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students with diverse communication needs
  • Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain detailed records of sessions, progress reports, and compliant documentation
  • Deliver engaging interventions focused on functional communication skills, language development, articulation, fluency, and social pragmatics
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as required
