Job Description
A Speech Language Pathologist position is available in Culver City, CA, supporting elementary school students on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology within school settings.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in schools
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged children
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and intervention strategies
