Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado SLP licensure (required)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Experience or coursework in pediatric and school-based SLP services
  • Familiarity with K-12 developmental milestones
  • Ability to support diverse speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work onsite at a single school location supporting K-12 students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal education guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
