Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLP license is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and intervention skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and create detailed progress reports
- Coordinate intervention strategies with educators, families, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate records per school policies and best practices
- Support students academic and social success through tailored therapy
