This contract therapy opportunity focuses on delivering pediatric Speech-Language Pathology services within schools, fostering growth for students through expert assessment, intervention, and collaborative engagement with educational teams.

Key Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure in Indiana
• Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
• Competence with a variety of communication disorders and augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) tools
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals and generalize progress in the classroom
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and progress updates
• Offer consultation and training to school staff on speech/language strategies for classroom integration
