Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license in Alabama (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
• Previous experience providing speech therapy in K-12 school settings
• Familiarity with IEP writing, progress monitoring, and collaborating with classroom staff
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for comprehensive support
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as required
