This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who excels in working with pediatric populations. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive communication outcomes for children, setting them on a path for social and academic success.

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license, or eligibility for licensure in New York
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience delivering speech therapy in school or pediatric settings
• Skilled in developing age-appropriate therapy plans and IEP documentation
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
• Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in children

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams regarding students progress
• Contribute to the IEP process and participate in meetings as required
• Support inclusion and access to educational opportunities for all students
