Job Description

You'll work collaboratively across elementary, middle, and high school settings, providing essential speech and language services that empower students to reach their full potential. All experience levels are welcomed, including those with CCCs, CFYs, pediatric, school-based backgrounds, and SLPAs seeking a school role.

Qualifications

  • Active Michigan SLP license required
  • Experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • SLP-CCC, CFY, and SLPAs with relevant background encouraged to apply
  • Strong collaborative and communication abilities

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K12 students
  • Develop and implement customized therapy plans, aligning with student IEPs
  • Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
  • Consult with teachers, school staff, and families to provide exceptional student support
  • Provide direct therapy services individually or in small groups
