Job Description

In this onsite role, youll work 37.5 hours per week with diverse students across all grade levels. Your expertise will help children and adolescents achieve their full communication potential in a collaborative, educational setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current NY state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably K-12
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Passion for fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement effective interventions
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district standards
  • Participate in meetings and consultations to support students academic and social growth
