Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates will be considered
  • Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized education programs (IEPs) in school settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions within the school environment
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide resources, strategies, and consultation to staff and families to foster supportive communication environments
