Job Description

In this role, you will work part-time at a single school, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and other professionals. Your expertise in pediatric SLP, whether you are ASHA CCC-certified or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), will be vital in assessing students, developing individualized intervention plans, and tracking measurable progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Holds active CO Speech Language Pathologist licensure
  • Experience or interest in school-based SLP for K-12 populations
  • Familiarity with both CCC and CFY responsibilities
  • Strong background in pediatric speech and language therapy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Adept with documentation, progress monitoring, and individualized education planning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, write reports, and develop IEP goals
  • Work alongside teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
  • Maintain timely and accurate records of therapy provided and progress made
  • Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
