Job Description

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado SLP licensure
  • Experience or willingness to work with pediatric populations (K-12)
  • ASHA CCC preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support teams to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
