As an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist, youll support students across a variety of campuses, bringing clinical skill and compassion to schools that value your expertise. With a manageable caseload ranging from 25 to 45 students, youll have the chance to provide impactful services for a diverse age group while collaborating with dedicated educators and staff.

This roles 37.5-hour workweek follows a traditional school schedule, Monday through Friday. The district offers a supportive environment and encourages ongoing learning by allowing contractors to attend and be compensated for Professional Development days. Those seeking their Clinical Fellowship year are welcome to apply, provided supervision can be arranged.

Qualifications and Desired Background:

  • Active Colorado Department of Education Certification
  • Valid Colorado SLP license
  • Successful completion of district background check and fingerprinting in a time-sensitive manner
  • Prior school-based SLP experience is a plus, with an openness to supporting CFs
  • Strong organizational skills to balance caseload and documentation
  • Passion for working with children and fostering academic and social communication
  • Must be able to provide services fully onsiteno virtual option available
  • SLPA credentials do not meet requirements for this opening

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to assigned students
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Communicate effectively with families, staff, and administrators
  • Participate in Professional Development and other required district activities
