Job Description

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available working with K-8 students in a school setting in Littleton, CO. This contract role runs from ASAP through the end of the school year, offering 20 hours per week onsite support in a specialized educational environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Special Education Teachers to develop daily schedules, coordinate testing, and plan annual IEP meetings
  • Maintaining accurate speech and language caseload lists alongside the Special Education Teacher to support the master Special Education roster
  • Delivering specially designed instruction tailored to each students communication needs through resource room, inclusion, or pullout services
  • Working closely with staff and families to monitor student progress and ensure IEP goals are successfully met

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with at-risk or special education students preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
