Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid SLP licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or similar environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Desire to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to determine students needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on speech and language goals
- Deliver targeted therapy to students individually and in group settings
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational teams
- Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment that helps all students succeed
