Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current, valid SLP licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or similar environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Desire to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to determine students needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on speech and language goals
  • Deliver targeted therapy to students individually and in group settings
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational teams
  • Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment that helps all students succeed
