Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings (preferred)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Comfortable conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing direct and indirect therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans within IEP guidelines
• Deliver engaging therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to foster student progress
• Monitor and document student performance, making adjustments to interventions as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and offer expertise for student success
• Stay current on best practices and developments in pediatric speech-language pathology
