Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year supervision available
• Strong background in pediatric assessment and intervention
• Experience working within a school or educational setting highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with IEPs and school-based therapy documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-based pediatric population
• Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions based on student needs
• Create detailed documentation and maintain records in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations to multidisciplinary teams
• Advise and educate teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress and inclusion
• Deliver therapy in individual and group settings, adapting plans as needed
