Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP license for the state of Nebraska, or eligibility to obtain
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based speech therapy strongly preferred
- Competency in conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering direct therapy
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Comfort collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate records and track student progress
- Consult with educators and families to ensure holistic support
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and training opportunities
