Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to a vibrant elementary school setting. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact supporting the communication needs of young learners in a collaborative and supportive environment.
In this onsite role, youll work directly with elementary students, helping them overcome speech and language challenges so they can succeed academically and socially throughout the school year.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Prior experience providing speech therapy services within a school environment preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for elementary-aged students with speech and language disorders
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in alignment with educational goals and IEPs
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and intervention outcomes
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student success
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in IEP development
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based therapy
