Key Qualifications:

  • Current SLP licensure (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills with students, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and implement interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students
  • Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation of student progress, assessments, and services
  • Engage families regarding strategies and progress to support students success
  • Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and state requirements
