Job Description

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position supporting an early childhood caseload in Liberty, MO. This onsite role involves providing therapy services within a school setting and is ideal for SLPs holding certifications such as SLP-CCC or School SLP credentials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech therapy to a full caseload of approximately 50-60 students focused on early childhood development.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions according to individualized student needs without conducting evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the educational team to support student progress and communication goals.
  • Adapt services as necessary pending possible caseload adjustments involving other SLP team members.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP certification and credentials (SLP-CCC and/or School SLP certification strongly preferred).
  • Experience working with early childhood populations in educational settings.
  • Ability to manage and organize therapy sessions for a large caseload.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
