Job Description

A rewarding contract opportunity awaits dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the school setting. For the upcoming school year, we are seeking skilled professionals to support students as part of a dynamic educational team. The positions available include an Early Intervention caseload with an 11-month schedule and a K-12 opening, both beginning August 10th, 2026, and concluding June 17th, 2027.

Bring your expertise to a collegial school environment and foster growth and communication skills in students who need it most. Both openings are full-time, offering you the chance to work closely with educators and families while making a real impact throughout the academic year.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in Early Intervention or K-12 school settings preferred
  • Ability to tailor assessments, interventions, and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to diverse student needs
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students individually and in groups
  • Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and district policies
  • Maintain thorough records, progress monitoring, and documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student success
  • Participate actively in team meetings and professional development
