Qualifications:

  • Active North Carolina SLP license required
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (supervision available)SLPAs not eligible
  • School-based experience preferred, especially with AU (autism) and low cognitive disabilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different caseloads/locations

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy in K-12 school settings
  • Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Monitor student progress and manage documentation
  • Support students across up to 35-student caseloads (specific caseloads discussed at interview)
  • Participate fully from August 2026 through June 2027
