This contract position spans from August through June, offering steady, full-time hours with most placements in the East or Southern regions of the district. Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a collaborative school environment where student-centered and flexible support are top priorities.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid North Carolina SLP license required
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome and district supervision is available
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
• Experience or strong interest supporting students with autism spectrum disorder (AU) and low cognitive disabilities is highly desired
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 35 students
• SLPA credentials are not being considered for these openings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students communication needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and related documentation
• Deliver assessment, intervention, and direct therapy services within school settings
• Communicate effectively with guardians, educators, and student support staff
