A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a supportive school setting located near Mocksville, NC. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide pediatric speech and language services in a school-based environment, allowing for flexibility with your workdays and a part-time schedule of 20 hours weekly across 5 days.
Qualifications:
- Valid NC Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Current North Carolina Teaching Certification
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
- Knowledge of speech and language assessment and intervention
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
- Participate in student progress meetings and support a positive learning environment
