Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Valid North Carolina SLP License
  • North Carolina Teaching Certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience in pediatric or school-based speech pathology highly desirable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Perform speech and language evaluations, document findings, and develop targeted intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students academic and social communication goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and required documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for language and communication development
