An opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services in an elementary school setting in Lexington, NC. This contract position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time hours to accommodate your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License required
- Credentials including SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLP-CFY preferred
- Experience working with elementary school students is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues
