Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• MS SLP License required
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Background in school-based speech therapy strongly preferred
• Experience with pediatric caseloads and varied disabilities (general and special education)
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to navigate IEP processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students across multiple campuses
• Participate in IEP meetings; coordinate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment
