Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated SLP to provide essential services on a contract basis, helping students reach their full potential and fostering communication skills that last a lifetime.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred, though strong CF candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop creative, individualized therapy plans for diverse student populations

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Document and report progress toward goals, maintaining compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions
