Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
  • Direct experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Ability to conduct evaluations, implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement targeted therapy plans in alignment with student IEPs and educational goals
  • Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions and monitor progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each student on your caseload
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff collaborations, and professional development opportunities
