Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current and active SLP license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will also be considered
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, including assessment and IEP implementation
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students referred by educators and parents
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each students progress
  • Document evaluations, maintain accurate progress records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Stay current with best practices and continue professional development for effective student support
