Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience providing SLP services in elementary, middle, or high school environments valued
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to support student learning goals
• Deliver direct therapy sessions for both individual students and small groups
• Consult with teachers and staff to support integration of therapy goals into the classroom
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans for students
