Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting highly desirable
• Knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and best practices in pediatric speech therapy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
• Dedication to fostering student growth and providing individualized support

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students across various grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote educational success
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multi-disciplinary planning, and maintain accurate documentation
• Offer resources and strategies to classroom staff to support generalization of skills
• Monitor student progress, modify interventions as necessary, and maintain compliance with all state and federal requirements
