Job Description

  • Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Openings: 2 positions available
  • Work Setting: Onsite only (no remote or hybrid)
  • Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Start: August 10, 2026
  • End: June 17, 2027 (school year assignment)
  • K12 students across school settings
  • Caseload details determined based on district placement needs


Youll play a key role in helping students build essential communication skills by providing direct therapy services, conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, tracking progress, and collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success. Must possess active Maryland SLP license.  Ideal candidate will have :

  • Passion for pediatric or school-based therapy
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative school environment
  • Commitment to making a meaningful difference in student outcomes

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.00 to $62.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
