Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts SLP licensure or eligibility required
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates will also be considered
  • Prior experience working in school settings with K-12 populations is beneficial
  • Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, families, and support staff
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with IEPs and educational needs
  • Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Consult with educators and caregivers to integrate support within classroom activities
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records as required by state and district regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goal setting and intervention strategies
