Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience with K-12 populations is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Flexibility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varied school environments

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders among K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students communication needs within academic settings
• Provide consultation to classroom staff and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
