Key Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts SLP licensure or eligibility required
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates will also be considered
- Prior experience working in school settings with K-12 populations is beneficial
- Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, families, and support staff
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with IEPs and educational needs
- Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Consult with educators and caregivers to integrate support within classroom activities
- Document progress and maintain accurate records as required by state and district regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goal setting and intervention strategies
