Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Massachusetts SLP license (required)
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Experience with school-based caseloads or pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations
  • Provide consultation and resources to staff and parents as needed
