Make an impact supporting students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist! Full-time and part-time contract opportunities are available for the upcoming academic year at multiple school sites throughout Fort Myers, Florida. Positions begin August 11, 2026, and continue through May 27, 2027, with on-site only placementsremote/VOCO work is not being considered at this time.

The position includes working with diverse elementary, middle, and high school populations, helping students develop essential communication skills and achieve their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Florida Department of Health SLP license and/or Florida teacher certification
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Must be eligible to complete fingerprinting; candidates with existing prints must verify transferability as per Florida AHCA Clearinghouse guidelines
• Ability to manage varying caseloads depending on assigned site(s)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students according to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
• Serve multiple campuses, with flexibility to combine locations into full-time or part-time positions
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
