Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create and carry out effective treatment plans tailored to diverse student needs
  • Experience with IEP development and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized education programs and monitor student progress toward goals
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement
  • Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
