Empower students to find their voices and reach their potential as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working in a supportive school-based environment. Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to create engaging communication strategies while making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, although strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience providing SLP services in a school or pediatric setting is desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop IEP goals and deliver effective speech and language therapy
• Passion for working with diverse student populations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students from diverse backgrounds
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and communication with families and team members
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and staff development initiatives
• Educate families and staff on speech-language strategies and student support techniques
• Adapt interventions based on student growth and changing needs throughout the school year
