Job Description

Take on a rewarding opportunity serving students by providing speech-language pathology services in a school-based setting for the 20262027 academic year. In this contract position near Lebanon, NH, you'll make a meaningful impact in the lives of students requiring specialized support, particularly those with selective mutism, by delivering effective interventions, progress monitoring, and collaborative care.

Desired Background and Skills:

  • Active New Hampshire SLP licensure (CCC required)
  • Previous experience working in schools and with students exhibiting selective mutism
  • Proficiency with school-based documentation, IEPs, and student progress reporting
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload
  • Strong organizational skills for scheduling, documentation, and parent/teacher meetings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of three students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Conduct necessary assessments and participate in student eligibility and IEP meetings
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of progress and service delivery
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including families, teachers, and school teams
  • Complete administrative documentation and attend required meetings within an allotted eight-hour workday each week
